I’ve had a busy Spring working on an explainer video and avoiding COVID-19. I had further teaching engagements and on-set duties lined up, but it looks like I’ll have to stick to animation projects for the foreseeable future!
Below are stills from an animated explainer video for a high end car dealership in the UK. The full video can be found on my explainer video page. Please contact me if you’d like a similar animation produced.
In addition to the project shown above, I also produced a lot of work for Wes Kane [USA], Global Health Media & did some VFX work for Harvey Wright. I’ve added the latter to my filmography page. It was fun to do VFX work again!
Last but not least, I’ve been able to devote some of my COVID-19 down time to The Grand Tour, a short film.
I was fortunate enough to train VICE in the use of Element 3D last month. Element 3D is a plugin for After Effects with extrusion, animation and particle replication capabilities. I had a good time meeting the team at VICE and sharing my knowledge of Element with them.
